We have a great team culture that has been created over the years, and is on display throughout the delivery of all of our services.

Our team of professional cleaners are background-checked to ensure the safety and security of our clients' homes. We take pride in providing a reliable and trustworthy service.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are! We hold current policies for Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

If you need proof of insurance, simply email us at info@fussyascleaning.com.au and we will gladly forward you all relevant documentation.

Question 4

Do Late Cancellation Fees Apply?

We understand that sometimes plans can change, and this may include the plans for your scheduled cleaning service.

We do go to great lengths to arrange the schedules for our cleaning teams and cancellations within 24 hours of service means our teams lose work.

Where a service is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full-service fee will apply. Services cancelled or rescheduled within 3 days, will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Do I have to be present while my cleaning service takes place?

No, absolutely not!

It's your choice if you'd like to stay around, or not.

If you are heading out, you can leave us a key and we'll leave your house sparkling for when you arrive home.

How long will it take for my cleaning service?

Accepted Answer

The times for our cleaning services vary, depending on the area and type of clean required. We will advise of the time required to perform your requested cleaning service prior to you accepting a quote from us.

Question 7

Do you move furniture to clean?

Accepted Answer

Generally, yes, if the furniture is light and does not pose a threat of damages, our teams will move it to clean and then place back into its original position.
